About Us

We are located conveniently in North Miami Beach just south of Aventura. Our location provides easy access to three local hospitals. We have worked hard to become an established member of the community providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to local residents and their family members.

As a small center with only 99 beds, we excel at providing the customized care your loved one needs. Every resident has had different journeys to arrive at our facility from either a recent injury or surgery, to a stroke or long-term need. We also know that each individual has different goals and benchmarks they need to meet to return home or continue living comfortably. It is with all these different considerations in mind that we will create the right plan for your loved one.

Our Location is Part of Your Healing

We designed our center to include a home-like environment inside and out. We know that rehabilitation exercises and therapy is only part of your overall healing. Inside, each suite is beautifully decorated and equipped with private phones and televisions. Outside, the area is designed with tropical foliage and carefully planned shaded rest areas. A contained courtyard offers an area to relax with nature.
